At work

So I said I would update more often, I'm going to try to update this blog as much as my big brother blog, so at least three times a week, maybe more depending on how emotional I am. So I just finished up writing my picks for Big Brother 7: AllStars. I also recorded both Pop Culture Shock and the ALLSTAR podcast last night. Whew. And now I'm working from 9-4 eww. This is summer. I'm not supposed to be working this often, but I am. Tonight I'm going to the Michael Buble concert with my mom. Don't laugh, it's not loserish because he's gorgeous, and she's paying. Now I just gotta get on the pcspodcast.com site and update the show notes, which I have been deliquent on for longer than I'd like to admit.

So I've decided that unless I am taking a housing listing, I cannot have the housing browser up on my work computer or I will inevitably get a housing call, of which I am not a fan. See through the campus information and visitor center at UW-Madison where I work, we have a housing listing service where people can put in an ad for their houses to rent, and most people fill out the forms online, but the crazy people are the ones that actually call us. So besides crazy housing people I also have to deal with helicopter moms at our frosh orientation program who are appauled to find out that they are not able to pick out the classes their student will be taking in the fall. Have they ever heard of a thing called college? I guess not.

Whoa, so this turned into a rant, and that was not my intention, but what will be will be. Laters y'all.

Long time, no write

So yeah, it's been a while, not that anyone really reads my blog, but I'm hoping to update a lot more this summer since I'll be keeping up my blog for the ALLSTAR Podcast my brother and I are doing for Big Brother 7. Watching Northern Exposure with Laura, and working on the website, I screwed some stuff up in GoLive, but I haven't made all the templates, so it's not the end of the world, it'll just take me an extra hour or so to get everything online. What do you think of the logo I made? Let me know. I'll write later.
